Terms & Travel Policies

By requesting travel planning or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

Role of the Travel Advisor

I act as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services through third-party suppliers including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and vacation providers. I do not own or operate these suppliers and am not responsible for their actions, changes, delays, or cancellations.

Pricing & Availability

All prices, availability, and itineraries are subject to change until confirmed and deposited. Travel suppliers control pricing and may adjust rates without notice prior to booking confirmation.

Payments & Deposits

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the travel supplier. Cancellation penalties are determined by the supplier and not the travel advisor.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, medical expenses, or interruptions.

Required Documentation

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation including passports, visas, vaccinations, and identification. Failure to obtain proper documentation does not qualify for refunds.

Name & Date Accuracy

Travelers are responsible for reviewing confirmations and ensuring all names and travel dates match government identification exactly. Corrections may result in fees or cancellation.

Schedule Changes

Airlines and suppliers may change schedules, equipment, or accommodations. Such changes are outside the control of the travel advisor.

Liability Limitation

I am not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any travel supplier, weather, mechanical failure, government actions, or events beyond reasonable control.

Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly delivered according to supplier terms. Disputes must first be addressed directly with the travel advisor.

Acceptance of Terms

Submitting a travel request or making a payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
